As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. In the case of direct payment the pre-autorized credit card will be charged with the purchase amount and you will get an confirmation of your payment by mail. In case of mail ordering, a confirmation on your mail-order with information regarding you payment will be received . This means that we have received your order in our system.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail.
Order / Shipment:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note to Us. If your item(s) of any reason should arrive damaged please send photos to Us and we will take the action needed.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you order has shipped, You (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
If something is wrong or broaken please send us a mail and a photo and we will take care of it.
Our exchange policy ; You have a possiblility of returning your goods within 10 days.
